As Katie mentioned in her entry, I have started my MBA just this semester. I am currently taking a communication class and Financial Policy, which is basically Corporate Finance. Both my teachers are excellent, which is encouraging. My experience indicates that the quality of the teacher can make or break the class.
Neurotic One, I am delighted to see your entry! I wasn't sure if you knew what a blog was... ;) I think this idea from Katie is a really good one. Maybe I should start a blog for my side of the family. It does seem with such hectic schedules these days, it is harder to get to know extended family very well at all. Hopefully we can use great technology to bridge some of those shortcomings. I look forward to meeting and getting to know some of you over cyberspace.

News from Missouri
Things are going great in mid-Missouri! Laverne is keeping busy with the shop. He has ideas of semi-retiring. I tell him he can retire on Saturday and Sunday, but he's working from Monday through Friday:)
I am keeping really busy teaching 3rd grade. I just love that age of students. I am also working on my master's. As a matter of fact, I will graduate on May 9th. Yahoo!!! What a pretty wall hanging we will have:) My degree is in administration. I thought about being a principal, but have decided that I still want to be in the classroom.
I am absolutely thrilled that Katie Ann, Seth, and Jacob are all in Kansas City. It's less than a three hour drive. We were able to spend the holidays together.
Bruno, Annie, and Roo are enjoying our having a few extra snow days at home.
Can't wait to read and see what others are doing:)
